1. The production line is composed of a slice cutting part, a slice separating and dropping part, a left-right splitting conveyor belt and two rolling machines;
2. The production efficiency is about 4,000pcs/h for 70g/pcs or 6,000pcs/h for 30g/pcs;
3. If the rolled slice is more than 15g, the yield of the finished products is about 98%;
4. The production line can also process slices into various shapes (such as triangle, hexagon, ring and quincunx, etc.) through cutting, separating and dropping;
5. It is easy and quick to replace the cutters for different products;
6. Many patented technologies are adopted to ensure the consistent size and shape of rolled products. It is the ideal croissant production equipment.
